HOT CROSS BUNS RECIPE
You need:
- milk
- butter
- sugar
- yeast
- flour
- eggs
- cinnamon
- salt
- raisins
Pour the milk over the butter and sugar, stirring to dissolve.
Cool. Add the yeast, eggs, cinnamon and raisins. Mix well...
Cover and let it rised until doubled.
Shape it into 30 bouns and place on backing paper.
Cover and let rice for 30 minutes, then press the shape of a cross into each bun using a spatula.
Bake in a 180° oven for 45 minutes or until the bouns are browened

Today is the 29 April 2011 and it is a very important day for the British people, but also for all the world...
In fact, today we celebrate the marriage of Chaterine Elizabeth Middleton ( called Kate) and Prince William...
Returning to the speech of marriage, it was celebrated in the Westminster Abbey, in London. Among all the guests we remember Victoria Beckham and her husband David Beckham, Alberto of Monaco, Helton John, Paolo Filo della Torre, The Queen of Norway and other royals.
Official guests are Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall and Carlo Spencer( William's dad), Queen Elizabeth II (85 years old) and Philip Duke of Edimburgh, Carol and Michael Middleton (Kate's mum and dad), Prince Harry and Philippa Middleton. The celebration was presied over buy the Archbishop of Canterbury and the Bishop. The abbey was decorated with buches, trees and white flowers.
Now, under I show the most important events:
11:20 = William and his brother Harry arrived on a Bentley on the Wedding route. William wore a red uniform and Harry a black uniform
11:45 = Carlo and Camilla arrived at the Westminster abbey
11:50 = Queen Elizabeth and her Husband come to church. The Queen wore a yellow, original dress with a wonderful yellow hat
12:00 = Kate Middleton and her dad arrived at the door of the abbey
Soon after, she saw her future husband,William, at the altar and her bridesmides.
The ceremony lasted about un hour. After it William and Kate became the Duke and the Duchess of Cambridge.
It was a fantastic celebration, such us Lady Diana's marriage...
